We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Forty Five Supply. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Return
- Contact us to request a return authorisation.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Send your return to the address provided by our team.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
